Open Roles

1. Engineering

  • Frontend Engineer: Implements UI/UX (React, Tailwind, HTML/CSS/JS).
  • Backend Engineer: Builds APIs, business logic, integrations (Go/Node/Python, PostgreSQL).
  • DevOps / Cloud Engineer: Manages deployment, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, security basics.
  • QA Engineer: Designs and runs tests, ensures MVP is stable and bug-free.
  • Full Stack Engineer: Handles both frontend and backend tasks, comfortable with the entire stack.

2. Design & UX

  • Product Designer Designs user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups.
  • Brand Designer: Develops brand identity, marketing materials, and visual assets using tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, and Sketch.

3. Domain & Operations

  • Securitization / Structured Finance Specialist: Ensures platform logic matches real-world securitization and fund flow processes.
  • Operations Lead: Handles onboarding, KYC/AML, document management, and day-to-day platform operations.
  • Customer Support / Success: Assists users, collects feedback, triages issues.

4. Compliance & Legal

  • Compliance Officer: Ensures regulatory requirements (e.g., KYC, AML, data privacy, investor accreditation) are met.
  • Legal Counsel: Drafts/reviews contracts, terms of service, and ensures legal soundness.

5. Business & Partnerships

  • Business Development / Partnerships: Sources originators, investors, and partners.
  • Finance / Accounting: Manages fund flows, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Content Writer: Crafts clear, concise copy for the platform, marketing, and documentation.
